JOB DESCRIPTION
We are now actively seeking a professional, business-to-business Appointment Setter for this location.  This position is responsible for making outbound calls to businesses within our service area to set qualified appointments for our Outside Sales Team.  The Appointment Setter can be the first point of contact with potential Dempsey customers and must maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.  
 
 
REQUIREMENTS
  At least one (1) year previous outbound calling experience. Business-to-business outbound calling experience is preferred
  Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  Professional phone manner and exceptional communication skills
  Ability to stay focused on goals and maintain a positive attitiude while handling rejection
  Typing/data entry experience
  Strong in Microsoft Office
  Must have a highly reliable work performance record
  Must be 18 years of age or older
  High school diploma or equivalent required but some college or an Associates Degree is preferred
  Must pass extensive pre-employment checks (including background check and drug test)
